How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our Australia warehouse are shipped through Australia Post.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships, that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of klawmart.com.au (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https:

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It works perfectly well! Before buying this salad cutter bowl I read some of the good reviews here and also some of the bad ones since I had my doubts. But after using this product, I must say that the bad reviews here are not justified, at all. Furthermore, there is a very specific instructions paper that comes inside the salad bowl package, it personally helped me to operate it. I think that some people are just too lazy to read the instructions though. I'm already planning to buy few more of those as gifts for the holidays.

I've been trying to eat healthier, so I bought the Salad Cutting Bowl to make it easier to chop up salad ingredients. I hate spending more time chopping than eating. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use and how well made it is. I now have salads everyday since it is so fast to throw ingredients into the bowl, rinse to clean, and chop! It's safer for the older kids to use too.
This salad bowl is very easy to use, like it There are even instructions on the package side, one important thing - you need to put the bowl base with the open space facing down and not facing up, because that's how the bowl base is being used as a cutting board. Love it!
My husband loves salads...would eat one every day. Problem is, I hate making salads! He saw a video of the SALAD CUTTING BOWL on a app he was using. Anxious for me to see it, saying he could make his own salads with this wonderful tool, I was sold. We have made several salads, but we haven’t tried fruit yet. I’m sure it will be just as effective. This is a great device, small enough to fit within a stack of bowls so it doesn’t take up space, and it’s super easy to clean.
I really love this product, it's quick and efficient, exactly as advertised. It's made from solid plastic and it's not flimsy like the other salad cutter bowl I bought a month ago in a cheaper price. This salad cutting bowl is worth the price, I will recommend it for sure.
Easy to use and very durable cutting surface. It's such a handy addition in my kitchen so making salads is much easier to prepare now. Just add all the foods you want to have in your salad, slice, rotate, slice and serve. It couldn't be any simpler. Cleanup is easy and I'm ready to have another healthy meal. I'm starting to eat healthier now that making a salad is so quick and simple.
As the instructions say...you need to pack the bowl in order to keep your greens, etc. from shifting around and not cutting correctly. So, if you aren't going to make a big salad, this might not work for you. If you like to cut up a head of lettuce at one time to use during the week, this would be a good item for you!
This product is exactly what I expected. Pros: Easy to use, excellent design Cons: Plastic is cheap, the top is not attachable Overal, I give this a 4/5, can be improved, but it does its job.
Love this item because it encourages us to eat more salads. Before, the issue was that we hated eating salads because of the prep time. This item though let's us cut up romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, you name it. Together, we are able to cutup bite size salad chunks that don't need dressing. As a result, we are eating better and loving the food we eat. It's an item with a simple fix, but with profound benefits. Get it!

This is a great idea. I don’t eat meat, so I am always making salad and vegetables. I love it! Would be awesome if it came in a larger size as well.

Wish it was metal because my Cutco knives sliced a little nick into it. But it really does the job for me.
